The principals in the firm are our President, Jim Winn, an executive recruiter for over 20 years, Pam Heath, an executive recruiter and a licensed agent with over 18 years of insurance industry experience and holding the All designation and Tom Heath, who has over 18 years of business development, management, and office systems/research experience. As invitational members of the CAS, we support its activities and regularly attend eight or more meetings and seminars each year to meet with both actuaries and company executives as well as to gain as much knowledge as we can about the profession.
